• Insert specimen tubes into absorbent tube sleeve.
• Insert absorbent tube sleeve into biohazard bag.
• Insert biohazard bag into gel pak insulator.
• Insert gel-pak insulator into silver foil pouch.
• Insert silver foil pouch into box.
• Insert box into FedEx Clinical envelope/pouch.
• Complete preprinted airbill with sender name, address and phone number as indicated.
• Put FedEx preprinted airbill into airbill envelope.
• Attach airbill envelope to FedEx Clinical envelope/pouch.
